Getting the app and signing in
Free on Windows. Sign in once and your handles sync to your page.
Download
The Windows build is coming. alias.boo/app gets the download the moment it's up, and the alias Discord (alias.boo/discord) hears first.
Tip: Windows may warn about a new app the first time (SmartScreen). Press More info, then Run anyway.
Signing in
- In the app, press sign in. It shows a short code.
- Your browser opens alias.boo/app/connect. Check the code matches and approve.
- The app picks up its sign in by itself.
An app sign in can only do app things. It can't change your page, buy anything, or delete your account.
PlayStation, Xbox and Epic
Those checks need you signed in to the platform inside the app. Those logins stay on your computer, encrypted with your Windows account, and are never sent to alias.boo.
