Opening a ticket
Support, Plus and payments, report a member, bug report.
How
- Join the alias Discord.
- Find the ticket panel and pick Support, Plus and payments, Report a member, or Bug report.
- Fill in the short form. A private channel opens with you and the team.
You can have one open ticket per kind, three at most. When it's closed you get a transcript in your DMs.
Tip: For payments, put your order id (AL-XXXXXX) in the form. It saves a round trip.
