I sent the wrong amount (or too late)

Underpaid, overpaid, late, or before the order existed. What happens next.

A different amount

A payment that doesn't match exactly goes to review instead of turning Plus on. The team sees what you sent and decides. Paste your transaction hash on the order to speed it up: alias reads it on the chain and tells the team what it found (paid a different amount, underpaid, or paid before the order was made).

Late

The exact amount is held for 1 hour on the page, but the chain is still watched for 48 hours. A late payment with the exact amount still counts.

Wrong network or wrong coin

Open a ticket in the Discord (Plus and payments) with your order id and transaction hash. There is no automatic refund, the owner sorts these out by hand.

Tip: A transaction can only ever pay one order, so a hash that was already used won't pay a second one.
