- Give it a few minutes. The watcher runs every minute, and some networks wait for confirmations first.
- Check you sent the exact amount on the network the page named.
- Paste the transaction hash on the order. alias reads it straight from the chain.
- Still nothing? Open a Plus and payments ticket with the order id and hash.

Did you upload the screenshot? The team only sees the order once you do. After that it's a person checking bunq, so it can take a little while.
